the hotel staff was very friendly, and they checked us in early at 11am. breakfast had plenty of tasty options each morning. the room included tea, coffee, and biscuits which were replenished regularly.
The stairs to reach the upper floors were steep. I found the banister support somewhat inadequate.

the hotel provides easy, 24-hour access. it is approximately a five-minute walk to the villa marina complex. the main shopping area is about a ten-minute walk, providing access to many amenities.

I found parking outside the hotel. I moved the car by 10:00 am. All-day free parking was five minutes away, a good option for leaving the car. The view from my room overlooked the bay and harbour. It was great. The shower worked well. It was also easy to use.
My room lacked a safe for valuables. I also missed USB charging points.

The hotel is a short walk from the Horse Tram and the city center. Free all-day parking is available only a five-minute walk away. It is quite convenient.
